Rotaract Club of University of Sri Jayewardenepura

The Rotaract Club of University of Sri Jayewardenepura was chartered on the 1^st of September 2011 and is currently stated as one of the largest Rotaract clubs in the Rotaract in Rotary International District 3220. RACUSJ’s passion for service and excellence is driven by the Rotary International theme “Unity for Good”, and the theme of Rotaract in RID 3220 (Sri Lanka & Maldives) “Redefine Service” for the RI Year 2025-26. 

Every year, the Rotaract Club of University of Sri Jayewardenepura undertakes a wide array of projects that range from basic social projects to higher-level professional projects, aligned to develop soft skills, leadership skills and fellowship among members of the club.

Members of RACUSJ are inspired to use their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on the global issues regarding sustaining all life forms on Earth. To accomplish this milestone, we, the Rotaractors, take the responsibility of preserving nature on our hands. 

As an institute based Rotaract Club, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Colombo Midtown, we take pride in the achievements of our past milestones. RACUSJ has been recognized for stepping up to make an impact in Sri Lanka and received awards as an acknowledgment for the contribution made towards it.
