A poem for a poetic day

World Poetry Day falls on today, the 21st of March 2022, appreciating all the poems and the poets who created different worlds for readers to indulge in.
Check out the following poem by a passionate poet on what runs in a poet’s mind.

The Poet: Feelings by Sonnet

Something the sunray land on,

For him it’s beyond the glow…

Soon, when understood his untold to be new told,

Wittingly he attempts with fervor, no cold……..

His heart knows who, mind sensed what,

To adorn as lengthily and less as true words but

One that indulged him once may be

What made another wisdom come alive……

Strength of words, flow of lines,

When in the right time, they are up in his minds……

Over the walk as in all artistry in the context

Beauty in rhyme will never go extinct……..

Farthest to nearest, the forging towards mastery

Still the feels by his sonnet run, while there’s no misery
